The majority of the pieces in the MIMI PROBER collection are handcrafted from antique textiles and/or natural dye techniques. When purchasing a piece that incorporates antique textiles, variation of the antique textile is unique to the piece. All handcrafted details, including wear and mending are an inherited part of the textile’s history. Variation of the natural dye is also unique to the individual piece. Botanical and earth color evolves with time, part of the intrinsic living beauty. One of a kind by nature.
Each item available for purchase will clearly state if it has been constructed from antique textiles and/or natural dye techniques and will indicate its provenance and story, if applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in one of the following situations:

Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud or other unlawful activity.

You will be immediately notified if an order has been cancelled.
All packages will arrive carefully wrapped in a reusable archival storage box, gift wrapped with our signature antique textile trim. We encourage reuse of all materials, and all materials used in packaging and shipping are inherently sustainable and recyclable.
We offer free complimentary domestic and international shipping on all purchases. We ship via UPS or DHL, and are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders will process Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), you will receive tracking information via your email on file once your item has shipped. Please note that for any custom orders, you will be advised of the approximate shipping date upon request of order placement.
If shipping to an international (non United States) destination, we are required by the shipping carrier to provide a phone number, this information allows them to contact you to arrange for delivery and customs purposes.
Your purchase may be subject to additional taxes and duties, which are the purchaser’s responsibility. All international orders may be subject to these taxes and duties and are billed directly from the recipient country’s custom’s department upon delivery of the package. If you need to return your order, we can accommodate your request within 14 days of receipt. You will receive store credit which can be applied to a future order.
Items must be received back to us unworn and undamaged with all original tags still attached, and must be returned in original packaging.
Once the item has received return authorization and has been delivered back to us, store credit will then be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, original shipping charges will be deducted from your final credit amount.

If any item has been received damaged or incorrect please immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) notify us at info@mimiprober.com and indicate:

After the above information is received, we will inspect the error and notify you of your return status. Once approved, you will be provided a return label. Once the item is received back, with original tags and packaging, we will process a credit back to your original payment method.
